God Gives and Takes Away
Our beloved son Barongo Leonard (left) passed away on 5th August 2008 aged ten (10) years before completing Primary 4. It was a short illness but before he breathed his last, he picked a cross which we had bought from Bukalango; he murmured “mummy, daddy pray for me”. We pitifully started; Hail Mary... he passed on as we prayed.
At the grave site, I stood motionless and watched on as the rollers lowered the coffin and I wept! I could not believe the cheerful child we had only a few days back was not breathing, his eyes closed. I hesitantly believed that at a tender age GOD had recalled him. I looked around; I noticed that none could change the plan of GOD. It is a year since he departed from us we believe he is with GOD in the everlasting happiness. Read More

I spent more effort on this but without much success; I was equally disappointed with her. Read More
Desperate and barren Blessed With a Child
Desperate, barren and worried by her advanced age (38), her long and torturous search for a child took her to many places but finally landed at Mt.SPC. She came to give thanks to God in the presence of believers.

All Christians know the place of Mount Sion in the Bible and the meaning it had for its people of the Old
Testament, and the meaning it has for us, people of
the New Covenant – it is a multifauceted symbol. In
the Archdiocese of Kampala, we too have our own Mt.
Sion...
With a deep sense of gratitude, I return
the glory and honor to God for the unique
spiritual and material achievements. He
has bestowed on our Mt sion Prayer Centre and indeed to
us all this year but also since we started
His work in 1991.The power and blessing
of God is very great ...
